I don't really know, but I would assume that normal orders are included in that 3/4. Just for the record, my outstanding device is a website order, but for quite some time now I'm getting their Indiegogo updates by e-mail. (I used to get them earlier for a second – IGG – order, but initially they stopped coming after that phone was actually delivered.)

BTW, the status of the Indiegogo campaign is now closed instead of in demand. Is was still open 19th of April and maybe even yesterday if I remember correctly. Cache of the webpage:

Are we debtors? Or are there other investors which helped starting the production lines and are yet to be paid?

Not once did they ever mentioned website orderers anywhere, not even when asking them specifically about website orders, and only mentioned "backers" in their replies. Therefore, I can't reasonably assume anything else than that website orderers are f*cked.

I'm just not willing to assume at this point.

Hello. I would like to share this information with the community, since XDA and F(x)Tech do not seem to be very transparent about this process. IGG is not replying to me either. I reached out to XDA. They are not replying to me anymore. But I will leave this here: XDA/Valnet does not have any current relationship with F(x)Tech. From this email it appears that this project was forgotten during the acquisition by Valnet in January 2022. --- It appears that this product is perhaps too niche?

The biggest problem for me is that I had a microSD card in the Pro1 that is formatted as internal storage. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my data on the MicroSD card. Is there any way to make the memory card contents readable and back up the data? Stefan

There might be work around! What if you install different virtual keyboards and select different layout for each one to the physical keyboad settings? Then use Keyboard Switcher and Key Mapper to bring up the pop up for the virtual keyboard selector. I tested it to be working with my self made qwerty phone (bluetooth keyboard). Edit: You can use the same key combo to bring up the keyboard selector. Biggest downside is that you need to change back the prefered virtual keyboard manually if needed for portrait use.

OK, 3/4 of backers, but what about people who ordered from the website and got upgraded to Pro1x? Do they get a survey too?

I'm still using Lineage 16.0 productively, where walking through multiple layouts via Cmd-Space actually works. Did not know this was broken in recent LOS. Still, I much preferred the graphical selector, as I cannot remember the location of characters not printed on the keys ... 😄

Yeah, I was also surprised. I am wondering if the 3/4 is the total shipments so far when this batch is delivered? Or does 3/4 mean directly this batch? Then the total shipments would be even more since some devices were delivered earlier. In the big picture it does not matter but would be interesting to know.

Currently LOS is pretty useless to me only allowing one layout, quite cumbersome to change when you use multiple languages.

If we buy this, why that non-transparent? Why we do not know anything about how this happened, if there was any legal action etc? I call BS.

Somewhere in this forum there was a thread abot flashing softwares, related to @tdm. Once my friend used his Pro1 for calling, placed it on a table, then the next time he wanted to use it it was off and did not start again. It was replaced by F(x)tec in warranty, but I have tried a few things before sending it back. The phone seemed to be completely dead but under Linux, I could see it is in EDL mode. When I pressed power button for around 10 seconds, it has rebooted, then entered to EDL mode again after a while. So it was constantly on waiting in EDL mode depleting the battery
