I was told I could buy a new screen and support said they'd sent an invoice, which I didn't receive. Then support said there were issues with stripe payment and a new PayPal was being set up and I would be contacted.. Despite chasing several times I'm still waiting.. Really don't want to have to buy a different brand phone.. I know you are busy but come on! Have submitted another ticket this morning and would appreciate contact from someone ASAP.
