I received "my phone" back late last month, but it has a different IMEI and the few cosmetic scratches I had on my phone are gone. If I had to guess, I'd say they just gave me a brand new phone instead, but it didn't come in a retail box so I can't say that for certain. At least now I know who has my phone. This phone was used for one week, indoors, by my daughter. She then decided it was time to abandon the physical keyboard. A year later I tried to boot it, it wouldn't. FxTec replaced the screen and battery. Same mark, look at the picture. Pretty annoying you have my phone. I would have to look at the box or dig up the original image. But if you look at the upper right corner at the back, you will see a scuffmark. It is identical to the one on the phone you now have in your possession. Also the two dots on the back and I think a third next to the sticker. I had it stored in a PU case, that's how those dots came to be (size of a grain of sand). Anyway, it should help you get it sold. I was told they replaced some cables, the screen, and the battery out of service/ courtesy. And I'm telling anyone interested, this is the most unused Pro1 you will likely find. This is the one (out of four) I was planning to keep. But because my phone died I had to start it up. And I am still waiting for my Pro1x. I have also used QWERTZ unit which has some issues with the usb port (no fast charging every time). However, I have the spare part usb module for it. I was planning to fix it myself and continue to use but I might start to use "new" QWERTY unit also depending which one will be sold. So you can make an offer for "new" QWERTY or used QWERTZ. Both are Pro1 models. Edit: I fixed the USB port of used QWERTZ unit. I changed the whole usb board. No issues anymore. Was my daily driver for about 18 months but I switched to a more camera-centric phone when I started to do more travel and since then the F(x)tec has been lying in my drawer mostly, being used only every now and then. Still running stock Android. Never got around to installing any other OS. Includes, the phone, sleeve, manual and original box. No cable included. Charger included with UK plug only Condition: Lots of wear and tear on the back. The screen is still in very good condition because it has mostly been used with a screen protector (I peeled it off recently though because it was starting to come off and I couldn't be bothered replacing it). Some marks on the bottom of the keyboard portion of the phone where it'd previously been opened for inspection by an F(x)tec employee. There's a tiny bit of debris on the selfie camera. Most importantly, the keyboard still feels very good. A couple of small cut-offs on the bottom two corners of the screen (zoom into the first picture to see). Not sure what caused this or if this always been the case, but it has never been a problem for me. If you're interested, let me know your offer. Happy to discount it a bit since it is quite used.
