Hi,
I received an email today from fxtec.
Unfortunately, it is not -already- to inform me of the departure, arrival or transit of my device (yes, I know, it's fedex that seems to take care of that)...
To date, I have not yet received any information on the delivery...
This message explains that our devices are delivered unlocked... and I love the way the message about deliveries is written.

Dear Valued Customer,
As you may know, we started to mass ship Pro1-X orders two weeks ago and is currently still ongoing. Whether or not you have received the Pro1-X already, we would like to inform you that the phone will come with "OEM Unlocked" by default.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) unlock is needed when you want to unlock bootloader on your Pro1-X. Although having access to bootloader can allow you to root your device and flash custom ROMs, the catch is that you will no longer be able to use Google Mobile Services (GMS) such as Google Pay on your device.
We firmly believe that by allowing users with more access and control over their devices can help them achieve more, and with so much functionality packed in the Pro1-X, we decided to ship our Pro1-X’s with “OEM unlocked” by default to offer convenience when flashing other OS’s such as LineageOS and UbuntuTouch.
But we also understand other users would like to unlock the full potential of our stock Android firmware too, so we’d like to dedicate this documentation to those who wish to lock OEM and use GMS on their devices.

Hello to all,
ashortmessage to thank you all for your wise and thoughtful contributions that I have been reading very frequently for the past 2 years. My order number is 56584 and bound for France. I ordered an fx pro 1 August 16, 2020 in July 2020 directly from the fxtec site, and after the advertised 7-8 weeks, I started to worry...
In the meantime, like some of you, I opted to switch my order to a blue model (8GB RAM, 256GB, AZERTY layer).
Like others, here on this forum, despite EskeRahn's advice, I asked the question about shipping...
I sent an email last night and got the answer this afternoon. Francesco told me that my device is part of the batch n°1 and that I would soon receive a message about it.
I just saw that EskeRahn has set up a new section to indicate where we are. I can't fill it in yet since I'm not in one of the 3 suggested cases yet... Hopefully this will change very soon!
On the other hand, like some of you, I ordered a Unihertz Pocket Titan (thanks to your comments, a device I'm very satisfied with, except for the unique non-root firmware and the lack of arrow keys).-

Hello everyone.
I come here regularly, but I rarely write. I'm here to answer the survey...
I placed an order through the fx tec website in August 2020, the order number is 565##, pro 1 model with AZERTY keyboard, since upgraded to PRO 1 X 8Gb 256, still AZERTY keyboard...
Like many of you, I've since ordered a model from another site (I can't remember the name, but I think you can see what I'm referring to...), which I received promptly. In view of your messages, I'm only using it as a PDA, because I don't want to check how long it will be a working phone. Incidentally, I've asked to cancel my order and get my money back (3 times, the last time I think I was not very kind). Each time, I was told it would be done quickly, and even today, to respond, I went to check, my profile is still pending and processing!!!!! So, being in the fxtec files as still pending, I've come to hope that I'll receive my toy with an AZERTY keyboard one day.... The end of the year is coming, can we still believe in Santa Claus?
