Thank you all for your replies. Considering the warranty is only 1 year and the fact that they ended support so quickly for the last iteration, I think I might hold off for now. I might return in a year or so to see how satisfied everyone is.

I'm looking to purchase one of these phones but before I pre-order, I'd like to know the warranty information as well as how long support will last for the device like updates and technical support.
