  1. I got my refund this morning, even though FedEx sent me customs documents for the shipment yesterday. I contacted FedEx to request return of the phone to F(x)tec, so someone somewhere should get a surprise stock assigned message soon.
  2. It seems like support is also preoccupied with the production and delivery. Yesterday I got the stock assigned e-mail although I cancelled three weeks ago... I wrote to support to inform them that I'm cancelling my order and want a refund. They routinely asked if I was sure and I confirmed, and that, so far, was the end of it (communications-wise). Nevertheless I consider my order cancelled and don't want the phone, even if they send it now.
  3. Similar here: 28.12. — refund requested 30.12. — support asks to confirm cancellation, confirmation reply sent ... and silence. I just got my bank involved in the story, sorry.
