I have the same problem, almost. The earpiece doesn't work, but the mic seems to work in stock android and lineage. Speaker phone works, and bluetooth works. In ubuntu or sailfish both are dead, even bluetooth 😞 I also have some weird blue "bubbles" at the bottom of the screen. Have you got those?
