  1. Thanks for the suggestion. I tried turning on/off the phone at various positions between opened and closed and it did not make a difference. Perhaps it is the ribbon cable, but I'm not going to mess with trying to take it apart and test. I'll wait for support to get back with me.
  2. Well it seems my unit has a defective screen. All I see are horizontal green lines or green "static". Has anyone else had this issue? I already submitted a ticket to support so I'll see what they say. I am disappointed to say the least. I really hope they set aside a few devices for replacements...
