I swear I did that a couple times. It took a bit of waiting, but I got on the phone with tier 2 tech support and when we did this again, it works now. Not sure if they did anything on their end but I need to thank Nick from tech support for the help. Thanks to all of you as well!

I tried these steps and calls will not work, get a server error every time. Coming from a Nexus 6, been with Verizon since I cant even remember how long. So frustrating after all this wait and still in a way no new phone.
