[Pro1x - really poor connectivity to both wifi and cellular.]

My pro 1x call quality is choppy. There is a multitude of network interfaces I could select gor my TMobile Network. Appreciate smy advice thanks

Hi guys after ordering my phone July of last year I received my FedEx tracking updates for my new phone this week woo hooooo!!! I currently am on the sprint network. Curious if I need to purchase a new simply or simply transfer my current unlocked phones SIM to my new device?
