Thanks, I've now had a reply from support and an invoice :). I'm aware how small they are and now how stretched they are atm too - if support had sent back "hey, we're really stretched atm but on the case, might take a couple of weeks" that would have been great but the "it'll be sorted tommorrow" approach followed by 2 weeks no contact wasn't ideal from a customer PoV. Anyway, all's well that ends well 🙂
