    Screen replacement

    Yes, complete unit - £149 + £20 FedEx next day. So now I assume I've got a spare digitizer under that broken glass?? Pity I'll have to disassemble the whole unit again to test it 😅
  2. New screen (glass + digitiser) to replace broken pro1 screen arrived at 11 ish this morning and was fitted and phone nicely working 1/2 hour later. Support sent a link to the How to video and that was helpful. Nice and simple fix, although obvs the more expensive route.
  3. Thanks, I've now had a reply from support and an invoice :). I'm aware how small they are and now how stretched they are atm too - if support had sent back "hey, we're really stretched atm but on the case, might take a couple of weeks" that would have been great but the "it'll be sorted tommorrow" approach followed by 2 weeks no contact wasn't ideal from a customer PoV. Anyway, all's well that ends well 🙂
  4. ** Now sorted** Hello, I managed to break the screen of my pro1 so I contacted support back in January (ticket 18149). I was told I could buy a new screen and support said they'd sent an invoice, which I didn't receive. Then support said there were issues with stripe payment and a new PayPal was being set up and I would be contacted.. Despite chasing several times I'm still waiting.. Really don't want to have to buy a different brand phone.. I know you are busy but come on! Have submitted another ticket this morning and would appreciate co
