  1. I did a credit card claim. Unfortunately, this did not work. According to the bank (in Germany), I should have done it within 90 days after purchasing the phone.
  2. I have cancelled my order in January by contacting the support team. I suppose there is no other way. I have sent many e-mails, but nothing happened yet. They don't respect themselves as a company, so they will definitely not respect their customers. I will try to do a credit card claim. Hopefully this will work since I am in Germany.
  3. For two months I have canceled an order, and I am still waiting to get my money back. I have sent many emails, but nothing happened yet. So how long one should wait for such a request to be processed ?
