Settings►System►Language and input►Physical Keyboard►Fxtec Pro1 (and yes it should have said Pro1X) If you want something not standard have a look at FinQwerty by @Anssi Hannula that is in the normal store. You can see the various layouts offered here https://android.onse.fi/finqwerty/#pro1x (it is open source so you can even tinker with stuff yourself) It is a loader of layout files to the system, and not an app that will be running as such.
