  2. I have cancelled my order in January by contacting the support team. I suppose there is no other way. I have sent many e-mails, but nothing happened yet. They don't respect themselves as a company, so they will definitely not respect their customers. I will try to do a credit card claim. Hopefully this will work since I am in Germany.
