Given there track record I expect their end of the month date is when things will leave the factory and it will still be 2-3 weeks from peoples hands. So we are still a month away which is what we've been told for how many months?

You people are unbelievably entitled, rumors of a delay and now you want a refund? What's another week or two? Most of us ordered this phone months ago.
