It's worst of all with phone calls. My voice half the time won't get through to the other end. I can hear them, but not vice-versa.
Every so often I'll get an error when dialing a phone number where it states there was a connection issue of some sort and advises me to call #8899. I did so and discovered that seems to be an automated system for troubleshooting connectivity to specific phone numbers, whereas this certainly appears to be clientside.
Like OP's phone seems, I strongly suspect my phone is defective.
I am concerned support isn't going to get the ball rolling before my 30 days
