Font customisation?

I'm glad that the Pro1 is going with stock Android, but the ability to change your system font is a feature that isn't provided by default, which means you would have to unlock your bootloader and/or root your device in order to get custom fonts.

 

Will we be able to change the system font out of the box on the Pro1?

To my knowledge you can only change the standard Android things here, that is the odd term "Display Size" that actually is a scale factor on everething (Small, Default, Large), and the "font size" (Small, Default, Large, Largest)- I Prefer "small display" size and default "font size"

There's various launchers that are available for Android that will let you customise every aspect of your O/S, but I don't think there's one that fully supports the Pro1 without some weird thing happening to the home screen etc when you turn the phone to landscape.

Nova Launcher is probably the most popular theming app/launcher on the Play Store.

I'm not sure you can on stock Android. (At the least it might require root). Could be easier on Lineage, and is easy on AICP though....
