I had cancel the order and still no response for a week.

My zendesk request number is 7603, it is possible that my request is missing to somewhere.

 

My order number is #54021, which was cancelled last week, too. However, I receive no response. I have no idea whether my cancellation is successful or not. Maybe tag @Erik @Waxberry is the only way?


By the way, I have no choice but buying a KeyTwo because I really need a phone. Still hope I can buy the Pro2 or Pro3 in the future.
