Disabling 4G+

Hi,

Is there a way to disable or prevent the phone from switching from 4g to 4g+.
Everytime my phone switches between the two it drops the call on T-Mobile in the US.

I believe there's a setting in "settings -> network and internet -> mobile network -> preferred network type" that allows you to control this type of thing, the options there are cryptic to me though so hopefully someone with a bigger brain will also chime in 😅

I'm not sure if it will work, but you could try to limit the bands it is allowed to use.

In the dialer app, 'dial' *#*#4636#*#*, select phone 1 and select "Set preferred network type" gives something similar but not identical to what @netman suggests.
