Kohle 0
Hello ! After 4 years of waiting I finally received my Pro1-X device some weeks ago ! I must admit that in the meantime, I lost my faith to ever get my device and so I was very surprised when the parcel with the phone finally was delivered. But unfortunately on it's long way to me, it has somehow lost it's SIM card tray !!! I don't know if it was missing from the beginning of it's journey or if that happened at the customs examination, where the parcel was opened. But after unboxing the phone, I recognized that the tray was missing and without it the device is almost useless for me ! An email to [email protected] remained unanswered, so my last hope is the community: Does anybody know where /how to get a spare SIM card tray ? Are there other ways to get one, maybe from a compatible phone, by 3D-printing... any help is greatly appreciated !! Best Regards, Thomas
Hook 3,091
Hello, Thomas. That is quite unfortunate. How long have you waited for an answer. Even in the best of times they would often take a couple of weeks to answer. That's frustrating for something as urgent as this. Then again, I'm not sure they would have SIM trays as spare parts, but I hope they do answer one way or the other.
Kohle 0
I contacted them at December, 20th...
Hook 3,091
So, Christmas and New years holidays. They generally weren't up and running much then during that time during the full business years. I would wait until two weeks after Jan 6th. Assuming you put the critical info in the subject line , something like "Pro1x delivered with no SIM tray" I would expect you to get an answer.
