From support: So yesterday only qwerty should have received tracking numbers, and it means that all IGG qwerty are delivered… what are our observations?

@Erik I was told by support that all IGG backers would be in that batch. I wasn't, and many others neither. What happened?

@Erik I was hoping that all IGG backers would be fulfilled with the 3rd batch, would you be so kind to post an update towards this? Are IGG backers still prioritized? How many backers are there? How many have been fulfilled so far? How many devices are produced per day?

Ah Eriks post was about the 2nd batch 😕 So yeah, it's gonna be at least another week.

I have the same hope. QWERTZ and IGG backer, hopefully this time.

@Erik did the 3rd batch arrive in the warehouse? People should receive stock assigned emails today, then right? Did anybody already get theirs?

Gosh, yeah, if they would have ordered a bunch of phone to be picked up at their office I totally would have made the trip to get it two months earlier^^

Let me add some actual new info, just got a response from the support:

IGG, QWERTZ, EU/Germany, no stock assignment. They clearly don't prioritize as they originally promised, but well fxtec promises...

The question is, at the end of the tunnel, will there be heaven or hell...

3 pages ago when I asked about the 2nd batch, I was told by Eric that there is no 2nd batch. Now we are speaking about 2nd and 3rd batch again *sigh*…

So there is no 2nd batch anymore? Units will be shipped unit-by-unit?

I am an IGG backer, QWERTZ, and my payment was a couple of days later after it was possible because the ordering system back then was quite buggy and I had to create a new order, because the support couldn't rescue my first order. I was told be the support two weeks ago that I will be in the 2nd batch. Now my simply question is: When will the 2nd batch get their stock assigned emails? Would be great if you could get this information for us, thank you for your help!

Can you please also post your order number, so that we can see at which number they are with processing?

I wrote the support 4 days ago asking when the 2nd batch will receive their stock assigned emails. Only got a bullshit template response "blabla you're not in the first batch, the second will be bigger". Then I wrote them again, CCing Chen, and then they finally responded: So nothing mid-november, but early december now. And that's the stock assigned, so we will have it mid december. I sincerely hope the phone is any good. Support, communication and organizational FXtec is on the level of UPS.

Nothing in the spam folder. yeah, I also remember IGG in first batch. do we find this info somewhere?

"go to topic listing" does random things on FF Android. sometimes "quote" sometimes "edit response" sometimes it actually goes to topic listing.

IGG and QWERTZ, nothing 😞 This sucks.
