@VaZso, you're right, I had a SIM and a MicroSD in the tray at the same time which made it difficult to remove. I tried many (plastic) tools to remove the tray, but eventually only (metal) computer tweezers could successfully grab the tray.

Hi All, Selling my QWERTY Pro1 in the US: https://www.ebay.com/itm/203163444398 It's almost new except for some minor damage to the outer edge of the SIM/MicroSD card tray. Successfully used the phone on Cricket/AT&T, and I'm including a Huawei P20 bumper that fits the rear part of the phone. 🙂
