I can confirm that my Pro1 does not charge with Samsung charger (Fast Charging) but my Xperia XZ1 Compact (QC 3.0) does not charge either. Both work great with QC 3.0 charger and Sony "normal" charger. See more information from here. Quick charging technologys are not compatible very often and even the cable can an issue.
