Wheeljack 212 Posted August 24, 2020 Share Posted August 24, 2020 The SIM/sdcard slot is actually the secondary SIM slot. When you put the phone on a table with the screen facing down, the sim tray should come out looking like on the attached picture (I have 2 SIMs inserted). Both slots are nano sim slots. If your SIM works in one but not the other, I have a feeling that your card slot may be defective. But first make sure under Settings -> WiFi/Internet -> SIM cards that this card slot isn't deactivated (with card inserted). 1 Link to post Share on other sites
EskeRahn 5,427 Posted August 24, 2020 Share Posted August 24, 2020 Also try and 'dial' *#*#4636#*#* (4636=INFO) and select Phone1 Information, and double check that "Mobile Radio Power" is ON. You could generally compare the settings for slot 1 and 2. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
