Did anyone try to install windows on ARM on their Pro1?

I'm thinking of doing so since it would be the perfect pocket laptop, but am unclear on the whole procedure. 🙂

I also only found proofs of concept on Lumia phones.

Intriguing idea. For proof of concept, I once ran Windows ARM on a Raspberry 3b+. Dreadfully slow, but it did work--the Lumia seems more responsive.

I wonder--if you were running Linux on a Pro1--if a x86 debian container might be easier. I run this on a PinePhone/Manjaro/xfce desktop, and with the container, I can use my beloved MS Word 97 and HanDBase, x-86 programs that I'm not certain would run on Arm, but maybe they would...

Soo i cannot say not possible , but...

it will be similar as run it on galaxy s8. You need modified boot.img for enable uefi boot. Then you can boot installation, but installation will be unfinished 😞

Maybe, just maybe will be solution to find preinstalled image of running w10/11 from another device with same soc.

It is good idea, but it will be very hard work
