It might help if you gave more information on where you are at and what you need help with.  For instance, have you looked at and tried to follow the instructions here?

They are actually pretty clear instructions.  If you don't understand or are uncomfortable with the instructions, chances are you shouldn't do it.  Take your time to read everything carefully and then maybe ask specific questions on what you don't understand.

Thanks! so i have a question regarding making calls which setting is the best on making calls using verizon? Ie like LTE, CDMA, GSM?

Have you tried to enter Verizon in the search field here? There are whole threads discussing the issues with getting it to work

verizon will only work with LTE. VoLTE should be toggled on. CDMA is no longer used by verizon and GSM isn't used by them
