F(x)tec Pro-1 X QX1050 not booting past fastboot? screen

I have a F(x)tec Pro-1 X QX1050

It boots to I believe the fastboot screen. I've tried each of the
options - Start, restart bootloader, recovery mode, Boot to FFBM and
Boot to QMMI. Each option just essentiallyh reboots the phone back to
that screen.

It's not recognzied via ADB Devices

Any suggestions on what else to try? Tried a few cables, a few computers.

I don't know if I have a suggestion, but I suspect more information is needed. Is this a Pro1x that was formerly working ok and this just suddenly happened?  Or did it do this when you got it.  If the former, what kinds of things were you doing with the phone? Is it Stock Android or did you flash some other ROM?  Anything you can tell people will help them decide if they know something you can try.
