  1. I have sent in a QWERTZ device for repair/exchange in June. Back in August they said something about 1-2 weeks until I should recieve tracking details. To my follow up eMail a few days ago they now only said that I am queued for service. But they answered really quickly, so not sure what's going wrong in the communication with @d.

  3. Thank you for thinking along and for looking for a solution. I've already tried to deactivate the notifications directly in the app. The app (Connect) offers this option, but only for apps that the user has installed. The telephone services are a system app and therefore they are not even listed in Connect.

  4. My Pro1 has been with them since January and I haven't gotten it back yet...

  5. I still haven't got any replies. I just sent another slightly angry email to them. At this point I consider the phone to be lost or something like that.
