You ever been in an updating mood and think about to hit the "update all" button in the Google Play Store while the OTA update is running? Yeah, don't do that. Sometimes the Play Store updates cause my UI to crash and restart. And yesterday this happened while I had the OTA update running. The bootloader already pointed to the unfinished system partition and I couldn't start my phone until I switched back to boot_a using fastboot. Other than that.. latest OTA is working fine now after my second attempt 😅

It did power up with the MI 6 battery plugged in. The battery doesn't fit in the case, so no way to close it up with that battery in place, but you should be able to boot the phone with that battery. The battery plug overlaps the plug next to the phone motherboard battery connector. You would either have to hold it in place or you might be able to put the bar over the top of it and screw it in place and that should hold it. I'm not sure if you could trim the edge of the plug without damaging the wires going to the plug.

I remain content with my Fold 4 solution, employing it similarly to how you would use the Pro1x. Regrettably, I haven't come across any further updates on IGG, and I'm holding onto the hope that they can sustain their operations. Nevertheless, in light of the expansys shipping and retail activities, including the substantial sale of Pro1x units in numerous stores, I am apprehensive that our devices might not continue to receive attention. The exact number of units sold through these outlets remains uncertain, but I wouldn't be surprised if it amounts to a minimum of 1,000 devices.

Fxtec failed with the IGG-update, yesterday. They have to update monthly. But there is no July update. We are facing a bad ending of this story.
