FX Tec response time on emails requesting a refund.

I have similar situation. I requested refund on Sunday and they have not replied back anything. -
Yep, I got message saying: "Your request (236x) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff".

Be prepared to wait. I sent them refund request on Sunday and they have not replied back anything yet.
