My order Is #18xxx still june they are unable to deliver, this is how their management...

My order also 18*** from Singapore. It is becoming useless ... However the months are passing...

I just received mail for device will be shiped in February...payment date 8 Aug.

Please read above message...my payment date is 8th Aug. 2019. Still no mail from fx tec.

First they delivered to retailers, now normal orders... I don't know why they delaying pre-orders..can anyone explain them the meaning of Pre-order.

That's what I say they again never keep their words. Or another example of miss management... Becoz normal order getting delivered but not the pre-orders. Done payment on 8 Aug.

My one dropped down and screen broken totally... But i canot buy insted Using the same broken ...in hope....pro1 one will deliver...but I get only false promises.

Is Fx Tec stopped replying to mails also.. I haven't received reply from them last 3 days.

Changing address will not help, But device is useless for me if I dont have before I go on holidays.

My current phone is damaged, and in current situation I cannot waste my money to order new one while your playing delay games. I can understand the problems Fx team is facing. But from last 4month I'm using broken phone. I request Fx Teams if possible please send me the device. First they said before Christmas, then again end of December, then 1st week of Jan now again End of Jan. This thing I'm facing from September. Now I'm going on leave from 20 Jan. Fx tec promised they will deliver before 20Jan. now agin i received mail stating the deliver is will be end of January. If it arrives after 20

As usual they again delay and shipping a small batch this week message.
