So if they ship directly from China what about VAT and customs costs? Will I have to pay that yet AGAIN? Because if yes that will turn this 650 euro phone into a near 850 one for me...and I am not having that. Also, still no assigment nor tracking number e-mail. I am getting really fed up and support was yet again heavily misinformed.

The second was supposed to be affected as far as I know, if this magically affects the third now as well... the rest of us are 100% not seeing this phone this year.

Nope... I am not an IGG backer but my pre-order number is 6xxx so I think I was pretty damn early. Maybe if I didn't request QWERTZ I would already have it... They didn't even bother to manufacture those first when supposedly there weren't many orders for it in the first place.

They told me early next week. A week ago. So things don't add up :(.

Yeah, we have no idea how big a batch is..I assume small (maybe 100-200 units). I think we can conclude they can't dish out bigger ones unless that screen issue is completely resolved but we have no info on that either. What happened to the "faulty" devices? Scrapping them completely would be a crime so I guess those will be fixed instead. In the end all is just speculation :/.

Well, in my desperation I asked support. Just assuming on my part they were not given false information by management, another EU batch is due to leave the factory by the end of this week. Stock assignments should start going out early next week. I am heavily skeptical but fingers crossed......for now.

It's nice that at least some people have phones. However, I find the screen issue "very convenient", just before they had to keep their Christmas promise............... (and they dared to say 2-3 days prior they are 100% on track) I lost count with all the disappointing delays. I wish they released info on rough batch estimates or had the the whole ordering system laid out in a logical way so people know how far they are in the queue. Wouldn't have removed all the frustration but at least it could have contained some of it. Sadly at this point I am really on the edge of ref

Oh, so hey everyone. I have been staying silent all this time and stuff but I am getting extremely frustrated and angry. I pre-ordered on 28 FEB. Paid it on 31 JUL (requested QWERTZ unit as it became available on 29 JUL). Order number 61##. I am also in EU. Where. the. hell. is. my. phone.?? Weren't QWERTZ units supposed to be a very small number? Did they even manufacture those??? Did anyone in the EU receive a phone at all?? Also, NOBODY did any QA during production and now all these busted screens pop up???? I say nothing adds up here. The fact that I didn't make it
