  1. It's fucking insane that IGG orders are seemingly shipping ahead of orders placed in early 2020. I still haven't even gotten a shipping email. And if I have to pay VAT (like some of you are describing) on top of waiting two years after paying $800+ on an already-obsolete phone, then I'm just going to let it be sent back and demand for a refund. This is utterly ridiculous. It's always another excuse, always another delay, always another hiccup, never their own fault, and always people defending them with their own pulled-out-of-their-ass theories, regardless. There are zero excuses
  2. Bought the original Pro1 in May or August of 2020. It obviously didn't ship, instead being upgraded to the Pro1-X, so I should be in the first batch. Still waiting on the shipping email. Any shipping email. Anything at all. Update 08/04/2022: Still waiting.
  3. I'm still waiting on a refund. The last piece of correspondence that I have from them was from the middle of January, when I'd canceled my original refund request, and that response actually came fairly quickly - within a few days. I submitted a new one earlier this month when they pushed out the half-assed status update (it's not so much the delays that bother me - it's the utter lack of communication, not fulfilling their update obligations, and continuously moving the goalposts), but I still haven't received a reply. For reference, I'm one of the chumps who ordered the original phone direct
