  1. I have problems also pretty much exactly as you describe them. I am on the T Mobile network also and live pretty close to the Canadian boarder, but don't cross over. As I'm talking to people sometimes one of us or the other will cut out... sometimes both of us at the same time. The duration varies, but can last multiple seconds... long enough the other party gets frustrated and hang up. Sometimes switching to speaker helps, but not always. I've tried changing some preferences on my phone (Wifi enhanced calling, Network preferences (NR/LTE, etc) but nothing seems to really help. I had
  2. Thank you, Hook! That's the confirmation I needed to pull the trigger, myself. FX-Tec has until I have my half-price phone in my hands before I cancel my pre-order. After all this time things might work out well for me after all! A year and a half wait for half off... I've done worse for less!
  3. I've been lurking in this thread since it was first created and am one of the Pro 1 purchasers from the website ordered 01/27/2021. It's been a long road, getting from there to here! I signed up so I could thank everyone who has been posting the IGG updates here and bringing some transparency to this whole process. I originally ordered the Pro 1 because Verizon was barking that my old slider would not be supported and I would lose all service.
