Alt key misplaced

Alt key should have been in range of your right thumb to make alt + tab usable.

I guess that's a prime candidate for remapping, somehow.

I agree and can see myself mapping Alt+Tab to i.e. Esc+Backspace. Just have to find an app that can do this system-wide.

I found that one quite acceptable with right index+middle finger.

Using the thumb for support for freehand.

Except that to get there while typing with two thumbs you have to do a full wrist rotation and change your grip on the phone.

In sailfishos kernel, slant arrow keys are mapped as right-alt.   Thus, can alt-tab with those as well.   Dunno if we'll be so lucky to have that happen in stock kernel tho, but I hope so.

Just use left thumb and index. But yes that requires to move the indexfinger from the support plate, but not that often I do Alt+Tab on a phone
