  1. Thanks both. It is indeed the metal bracket that holds the camera button in place. It turns out that the button is missing too - I hadn't noticed as I never use it! 😞

  2. The first step should be a clean install. Although mine never stopped working completely. I did experience similar malfunctions. Happens more than once, a clean install always helped.

  3. Well on the other hand. Zoom in on the most right back panel. In the lower right corner just above the brass holes which hold the screws I see something that resembles the curvature of your leftover piece of metal.

  4. Looks to me like the metal thingy behind camera button, dropped from mine too when i disassembled, try if all the buttons work normally.

  5. Had this similar problem some time ago, the cable connecting the usb board to the mainboard had loose connection. Opened up the phone and fixed it, has worked since.

  7. Hello, I hope someone can help me. I wrote to support a few weeks ago, but have not received an answer so far. I use LineageOS on my Fx(tec) Pro 1 and use the MS Swiftkey app. A few months ago the physical keyboard failed for the first time. The lighting works, but no key works. After a reboot the keyboard worked again. After that, the keyboard fell out at ever shorter intervals. Now, the physical keyboard hasn't worked at all for about 4 weeks. Reboots don't help either. The keyboard lighting works, but no key responds. Anyone have any advice on what I can try? What can be the cau

  8. Yeah, that's what they also told me! I posted it a while back. So where is it they asked? When I showed them the delivery report they said, ah yes we have it. I'm not counting on ever seeing that phone returned to me. I consider our Pro1 adventure a > € 2500,- fiasco. Out of four three had to go back and took a minimum of three months to get repaired. This particular one has been at FxTec for over 12 months in total! If I ever get it back it will be a minth condition museum piece worth nothing. I would not ever recommend buying an FxTec. In my case it was over 75% failure multiple
