  1. For the record, I'm still unable to send SMS, and don't want to deal with reflashing my phone. As such I'm currently looking into AT&T unless something magically happens before then.
  2. Turns out it was a loose pin. I went in with my basic iFixit tool kit, followed the steps in this PDF took off the screen, unplugged and re-plugged in the section that was marked LCD screen, put everything back as it was, and it works again. Everything is back to normal and good to go (except for sending SMS, but that's a different problem having to do with Verizon).
  3. Hey everyone. Took my Sim card out of my phone to repair the screen (screen wasn't turning on. Turns out it was a loose pin and everything is fine now) and put the sim in my old phone for the time being. When I put the Sim card back in the Pro1, everything went back to normal except I couldn't send SMS. Put it back in my old phone again to check what the working SMSC was, and it was the same one I've got on the Pro1 except that on the Pro1 the SMSC is within quotations, and ends with a ,145. When I looked it up it seems like the 145 is supposed to be there. As such, I'm wondering if anyone els
  4. Hey all, I haven't had any problems with my Pro1 up until now, but my screen has stopped turning on, and I'm not quite sure how to fix it. I did what I had thought was a force reset (holding the power button and volume down button at the same time). It seems to have worked, as the music that was playing stopped, but the screen still will not turn on. I can tell that there is still power going to the screen, as I am able to plug the Pro1 into a charger and I see the red indicator light on the screen telling me that it's charging, yet nothing from the screen itself. Any help or advice
  5. Guys, I just registered the part of my hand near the reader (at the base of my index finger) as a new "fingerprint", and now all I have to do to unlock my phone is hold it. I was initially confused by the placement of the fingerprint reader as well, but I think this may end up being an even better placement than most other fingerprint reader placements. I'll have to see over the next few days how it goes, but it at least has potential.
  6. Used these steps and it worked. I switched from a Moto Z Force. Thank you so very much @windraver, I was checking out other networks earlier today to see what sort of rates I could get, were I to have to switch networks.
  7. @Waxberry I got my voucher code after placing my pre-order and have submitted it, yet it's still not updated (order number#10160). I'd love to pay for the Pro1, but I want to make sure my voucher code is applied before I do so. Is there anything I an do besides just waiting for it to get applied?
