MerkleGroot 0
https://www.indiegogo.com/about/terms#/campaignownerobligations It's been over a month since an update has been posted. The bare minimum to meet the campaign owner obligations is once a month. Please meet the bare minimum.
Hook 3,021
There is no mention of 30 days. It can be interpreted as calendar month. They have one more day to meet their obligation. 😉
MerkleGroot 0
The last update was Oct 28th. With today being Nov 29th, they're past the deadline.
Rob. S. 1,661
It says "once a month". What is there to misunderstand? It means Nov 30th would be sufficient even if the last update would have been Oct 1st.
EskeRahn 5,460
I'm sure lawyers can find a number of ways to interpret "once a month"... 😁 But I'm quite sure everybody would be really p...ed if they just posted an 'update' saying "Still waiting on/for XXX. So no news.", a few times a month to meet this. And they might not even be aware that this requirement is there. The problem is that we all want the device we took a perk for, and thus hope to get, and thus we want to know when we can expect it in our hands. And as they most likely can not say that, no matter what they write until they know will be a disappointment. But do not misunderstand. I certainly agree with 'everyone' that communication has never been their strongest side.
suicidal_orange 100
There are many ways to interpret "once a month" but none of them allow for not posting anything with a November date and the final business day is now over in the UK. Do I need to buy a phone to talk to anyone over Christmas or don't I? They can silently change the perk delivery dates to January and that would be update enough for me, but they still say October. And people are still buying them 😕
Hook 3,021
The update is here, just making November. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/pro1-x-smartphone-functionality-choice-control/x/17980121#/updates/all 1

Splitting sticks we got 16 updates the last twelve months, but granted five of those was in December. Let us hope we get more than one update this December too 🙂

Everyday a new part will be added and on Christmas we will already have 24/30+ steps done 😄
