  1. The trays seem identical, at the least they are interchangeable. It is 0.95mm thick, and 14.1mm wide, an approximately 30.45 mm long including the outer piece. Note that the profile it slide in is not uniform, the 0.95 mm is split in half, and the part closest to the back has an indent of roughly 0.5mm, and some cuts it the wide part. (I tried to upload an image, but it seems that I'm no longer allowed to do so????)

  2. Thank you guys @Name_not_avail and @claude0001 for your suggestions and explanations, they were a huge help. I edited gps.conf using Root Explorer, which is a file explorer where you can mount the system files to be writable (=changeable). I've tried a few things but it feels that editing the file alone already fixes faulty GPS. Since my phone still has poor GPS accuracy (which wasn't the case before), I'll try some different settings discussed here and in the other thread of Claude to see if that affects the GPS signal strength. If I find anything, I'll post it here!

  3. So it's been a day aaand... something worked! I've edited the gps.conf file a few times but later ended up using the old file I've had before. After every change I restarted and now I've waited a few hours to let the phone reload agps. Somehow it works now and I finally get a GPS fix again! The accuracy varies between 10 and 30 metres but it seems to be enough for Google maps. I'll continue experimenting a bit with the settings but I am very thankful for you guys for helping me so far. Especially @EskeRahn was a huge help with his almighty forum knowledge.

  4. You will have to contact FxTec to get one with the proper ending. You MIGHT be able to find some from another phone, where the card-frame fits, but you should be really lucky to find one ending reasonably flush when inserted. When I get home I wil check if t is identical for Pro1 and Pro1X, and do some measurements .

  5. After messing around with ADB and in debugging mode I have managed to get Windows to detect Pro1-X but only in ptp mode so I can only transfer photographs, I will continue investigating. Thank you all.

  6. Browsing back through the thread, there might be another thread also. I got a quite clear memory image of an excerpt from some configuration file and some setting, too bad we can not search three characters long words.... so no luck searching gps.... ADD: Found it searching "agps": https://community.fxtec.com/topic/3878-e

  7. Check hardware manager...is Pro1 detected after connecting as any device or unknown device? Do you hear connection sound? Phone must be detected on any connection profile mtp,ptp etc etc....and because it is android device then w10/11 have all drivers preinstalled for connect booted android phone. Another situation will be with adb drivers but it is not your problem. Soo if you dont see any device in hw manager, then it is problem with usbc connector or cable.

  8. Have you got a USB-hub? Maybe your monitor has a usb in and some usb out? If so try to connect that way. It sounds crazy but it is often easier to get it to work with a slower port than the fast ports in a modern PC. I got a fairly new Lenovo Yoga, and things does not work connected directly. But I use a Lenovo thundebolt 4 hub for two secondary 4K monitors and other, and if I attach the cable to that, things work. And both the pc and hub's ports are usb 3.0
