    And when you do not have answers, you just do assumptions? Superb.

    I have facts:

    1. the phone was sent to non IGG backes - a mistake they/you say

    2. the phone was sold trough the stores - another mistake"?

    Those are assumptions? Maybe that's why some of us choose to buy it, AGAIN, from a third party and cancel the original order. Another assumption, i know. Assumptions everywhere, just from one side. Superb, indeed.

    Well no, I do not assume that your day job is a business driven in the bad ways you seems to know so much about.

    And you are extrapolating (again). We still do not have an answer from them, so it is yet another assumption/guess from you, classifying it as later "mistakes".

    Mixed legal, audit, accounting and consulting. I've "seen" a lot of businesses, of all kinds. That's why I choose the word greed and not crooks, as you did in your first post. IGG is full of crooks and Liangchen it's not one of them, as we know already.

    We still do not have an answer as opposed to? The lots of answers we've gotten so far? Superb.

    Ok, let me rephrase then:

    And yes they admitted "there were some mistakes". Does that by your definition make them greedy?

    A mistake it's a mistake, altough this kind of mistake says a lot. But if you add the later "mistakes", eg the phone hit the streets before our addresses, on top of other mistakes. Yes, that's greed, ups... STRATEGY. You do realize that some of us know businesses of all kinds and maybe it's our day job, right?

    If they've admitted, it's no more guess-work? Damn... Talking about allegations...

    PS: still the "bug" with no reaction option to my posts, since a little earlier 😄 I'll like yours, maybe the forum fairy will resolve the sudden problem

    crooks

    Greed, not giving a f.ck, not keeping their word, doesn't make them crooks and I didn't say that, you did. If i didn't know that you've received your phone, I would say that you're making a projection. 😄

    On the contrary, I understood a LOT of delays, mistakes, non-communication, you name it, until now and you can check my posts, but there are limits. Re-read my "arguments", as you say, and try to do it with some basic common sense, based on the facts.

    I liked the strawman type part. Lots of "arguments" and "answers" (dis)regarding the facts. Yes, I repeated the word fact, because it's a fact that the phone hit the streets before our addresses.

    PS: later added

    Interesting, no more reaction option to my post. I presume that it's a bug or maybe a mistake

    before throwing all kind of allegations around.

    Allegations? Seriously? Even now?

    It's more than one case when a non-IGG received the phone. I have an email from fxtech and the say there were some mistakes. As if it's very hard to apply a filter in an xls, to keep it basic IT wise. Just guess-work, you say.

    ALL 3 stores, so far, were IGG backers, you say? And not only that there were backers, they've backed a LOT of orders. Really?

    C'mon, I've asked for some basic common sense...

    As you've observed, I was "quiet" until recently, but there are limits and facts. If this is the (pre)sale attitude from the fxtec regarding the customers who PAID in advance, I wonder how the aftersale one will be. And I include the stellar communication with us, not only the delays and the "delays". Oh, I forgot, even the "communication" is an assumption, right?

    "It sounds more like a long time strategy to have it sold through stores also" you say. When you have this "strategy" and don't give a flying s.it about your paid orders and/or backers, not to mention promises, it's pure greed.

    They might even have been IGG backers for all we know....

    Yeah, right. I'm #26 IGG backer, #40 IGG order ID. NO stock assigned as I write this. Do some basic counting. You're saying?

    Have any of you (un)conditional fans even considered the possibility that it's just pure greed and they just want more money/orders/shops, without any consideration about the backers and/or early paid pre-orders?

    I understood the tech or logistic delays, but I can't think of any reasonable explanation for this. Do you, based on the FACTS? Of course, you can also base your judgement on the fxtec stellar communication with us.

    Some basic common sense, please.

    Clove Technology has also devices in stock If someone wants to buy QWERTY version. They updated the stock level yesterday like DragonBox.

    Maybe they were IGG backers #1 and #2 😄

    @fxtec Seriously? How about the real IGG backers?!? We've supported you for how many months, soon to be years? This has nothing to do with production, logistics and such, but with a simple promise. Simple as a man's word.

    I understand your frustration if you actually are IGG backer #26, perhaps it's due to one of those errors.

    I've just checked. Order id #40 on IGG. I think that I'm the #26 backer, but some in front of me bought more than one. I remember #26 or #2X because I counted sometime ago, when it could be done. Frustration? 😄  You could add that I bought an Moto Z2 Force, which sits brand new in some drawer and my daily Relay 4G is dying.

    IF, either being #26 or #40 IGG backer, I have NO stock assigned so far of the 1-2-3 batches, the question is: how may phones were actually made and sent?!? 20? 25? 39?

    Like I've said earlier, maybe can someone explain to me like I'm a 4 year old...

    from their rightful places in the queue to the screamers

    I didn't scream, but could you explain to me, like I am a 4 year old, why the promise that the first batches will be for the IGG backers has been broken? I wrote to support and they told me that it was an error. C'moon.

    I understood that there were manufacturing and shipping delays, I undestand if they send first to some testers or people like EskeRahn who can give tech feedback and helped the company with the forum, but I don't understand why they didn't respect such a simple promise.

    BTW, if I'm not mistaken, I'm #26 IGG backer (+/- 1-2). No stock assignet yet. #26!

    As far as I know it's on the move, we just haven't sent the stock assignment emails yet. I am checking with Liangchen who is China right now to see if there's a change.

    PLEASE, respect the IGG backers first "rule", as promised but didn't applied so far.

    EU, IGG (#26, if I remember correctly), #8XXX order

    Too bad. But remember it is not your order number but when you actually paid that matters. Some paid within minutes, and some took days or weeks (some had troubles with credit card companies, so not their own fault)

    I've paid within days because they had to modify the amount (reverse charge  VAT). Anyway, this doesn't explain the fact that a non IGG backer got a stock assigned message, not to mention the order #, 12xxx vs 8xxx (mine), both of us from EU countries.

    I can understand some problems, but it's not that hard to start with a list of IGG backers paid orders, as promissed. This is not a manufacturing issue, c'mon...

  12. Let me please know if you get any respond. :)

    Sorry for the late answer, but I've been abroad. Yes, they responded and updated the amount, without VAT, and the payment link. Everything is ok and I already paid. For those who use Revolut, it works ;)

  13. When talking about customs.. I have quite similar question, but from the other side.. I am buying Pro1 into a company, so its like B2B. The price is including VAT, but VAT is not applicable within B2B. Ive been charged with full price VAT included. My company number was filled and also shown during the checkout. Shouldn’t the price for B2B be VAT excluded? Or am I wrong when it is abroad?

    Same question from me. I wrote to @info when I got the payment link, but no answer so far.

  14. It's a niche phone so the price will be higher. What I don't understand, is that the price is the same in different currencies ;)

    I'm willing to pay extra for a Pro1/2 with some "minor" changes:

    - 4.5" to max 5" NON-curved screen with small bezels;

    - removable battery. I'm still using a Relay and I have a spare full one with me when I know there is no power source and I'll use the phone much more than usual (weddings, funerals, courses :D). I wouldn't mind if it's a little bigger (3600-4000);

    - dual sim + SD card simultaneously;

    - IR port.
