Actually the []{} will probably be on the same place on the Scandinavian layout as on the QWERTZ layout, because there are only two characters on each key of the Pro1 phone, not three characters like on the desktop layout. I think a general complaint is the lack of consistency in information from the company. For instance there has been a long thread about the QWERTZ keyboard here in the forum. Recently the company made a prototype of the QWERTZ keyboard, but they didn't talk about that in the forum. We were informed about this prototype by a user who found a post on Twitter. In addition I would say that if EskeRahn was not here, we would almost never get any answers to our questions.

Good! Maybe they would have saved some money if they had shared a PDF file before production. The keyboard is the most important part of this phone.

Looks good to me. My personal preferences somehow managed to get chosen. I’ll be happy with this. I’ll pretend I helped. I’m sure there might be something nitpick on this somewhere, but I guess this is the cutoff now. Do you mean that people who pre-ordered recently will not receive headphones and case? On the pre-order page it is still written "Limited offer. Extended for one more week, free headphones and case with every pre-order of a Pro smartphone." It is unclear which date "one more week" is counted from? You are legally obliged to deliver headphones and case to all customers who pre-order until you remove this text.

I would suggest to move back posts 16590, 16592 and 16629 from the new thread https://www.fxtec.com/forums/topic/root-related-questions-split-from-support-time-thread/ to this thread, since those posts are related to hardware support, not root.

So we can see that after US/UK QWERTY and German QWERTZ layouts, the next preferences are Scandinavian and Russian layouts.

If you have some specific ideas, you can make proposals in the QWERTZ layout thread https://www.fxtec.com/forums/topic/design-the-qwertz-layout/. I guess it will be difficult to agree about which "international prints" should be added to the standard German QWERTZ layout.

I think many people just don't know what the US International QWERTY layout is. Which accented/special characters will actually be printed on the keyboard? We have already seen quite many discussions to define the German QWERTZ layout :-)

OK, so I guess you mean that the apostrophe (') will be on the L key.

Of course it's possible to discuss which symbols should be printed or not printed on the keyboard. Some people don't use ~, some don't use °, some don't use §, some don't use { and so on. Who will decide which symbols to remove from the standard keyboard layout? This is a personal opinion, and the printed layout cannot be adapted for each user.
