It's actually not anymore. I haven't logged in for a while, and with a fresh browser I was able to access the forum and see everything without logging in.

I downloaded the pages to offlines.
Nothing is ever "gone". -

I have no clue where the original thread ended up.
I posted a couple of cases I got a while back that are perfect, but y'all didn't want the funky designs and colors.
I finally found a black one on Amazon

All you have to do is GENTLY remove the rubber phone holder, use a few pieces of double sided carpet tape (lemme know if you want a link) and mount the phone.
Camera hole is perfect, no button interference, and great protection.

You have to go into Connected Devices and select USB and the select File Transfer

Still loving my Pro1. Haven't even had to put in the new battery yet.
I use my phone a lot. Like surfing and videos.
I turn data off when not in use, keep wifi on at home because wifi calling.
I put it in Airplane mode when I am sleeping (because sleep).

My skepticism comes from seeing manufacturers in China relabel a case as for the Por1 or Pro1x just because it fits in one way or is a universal case they think might work, but these cases tend not to be actually created for the Pro1x.
Been there. Done this. I didn't post about it because it was an epic fail.
Also I had to fight for the return credit because it's some stupid a$$ 3rd Party Chinesium dude. -
Love my Pro1. Hubby uses a Bluetooth keyboard to type on his phone.

My apologies. I never got an email notification about this.
I contacted my credit card company and contested the charge. (US location)
They sent me an email asking me for proof of intent on my part to handle the matter.
I sent them screenshots, emails, proof that I had attempted to cancel, proof that fxtec acknowledged me and said (repeatedly) that it would be handled by their finance team.
That showed that they were willing and accepting of my request to cancel.
The fact that after they sent those emails to me they never did and the amount of time I was waiting was enough.
The CC company (Capital One in my case) gave me a provisional credit while the followed up.
I sent a follow up email to fxtec telling them what I did.
They said they would not challenge the claim.
It was all so very civilized.
I bought mine through the website not Indiegogo. -
How many of the people who did not get their phone are US customers who did NOT get it through Indiegogo?

It's never too long. Keep in mind that my original order was placed in April of 2021 and I got my refund in April of 2023.
Document everything.
Show proof that you don't have the phone, that the company isn't going to make them, your original charge...
if you want I will send you the letter that I sent to my CC company and you can just drop in your own info and use it as a template.
Add a link to this forum - specifically this topic or others where people are mentioning they did not get theirs.
It is never too late. There is no statute of limitations. -
