It was not an preorder. Just a normal order via homepage in February 20 and yes, for the original FX tec Pro 1. Exactly one year later in February 21 I upgraded to the Pro1X in saphire blue, with 8 GB Ram. 🙄 I really would have liked to have the phone, but unfortunately it's now technically outdated, and I've gotten used to the Samsung Fold, which is also good for writing thanks to the large screen. 🤗

Hello Fx Tec Support team, meanwhile I am waiting for almost 3 years for the Phone. Lastly you promised me my delivery on September 2022. It's supposed to be December 2022 now... Since the phone seems to be technologically outdated, I would like to ask you to cancel my order and transfer my money back to me via Paypal. Thank you for an answer. This was my mail. "Francisco" from the support managed the refund. I also had to sent all Order Details, name, adress, date of order, number of order.

After almost three years of waiting, I decided to write to FX Tec support and asked for a refund of the purchase price. I did not want to have a meanwhile technical outdated phone... After a few emails back and forth, the money was actually transferred back to me. Only the approximately 38 euros for the upgrade are not. But at least. So I say Goodbye to this community and wish you the best for receiving your phones soon... 🙂🙌

Today I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I've been waiting for the phone since February 20 and it's now technologically outdated. 🙄 I hope the support team will respond soon and refund my money. 🤔 I will report...

Due to the large inner display of the Fold 3, the keyboard can be emulated very large and clearly on the lower half of the screen. Probably even more comfortable than on the Fx Pro1. 😅

Wow. Good news. But anyway, if the phone really arrives, I will sell it immediatley. Meanwhile I am so happy with the Galaxy Fold, that I will keep this.

Thank you for posting this comparison. Because I think the Fx Pro 1 will not be delivered in November 21 (as promised at the FX homepage and I am waiting for it since 2/20 😒), I decided today to buy the Galaxy Fold. 😜 This will be delivered until next week... Yes, I know, the two phones are not really comparable and nothing strikes a physical keyboard, but I cannot wait any longer, my old Blackberry Priv is dead and I really need a new phone. At least the Fold imitates a big keyboard, when I look at the pictures above. So thanks to kashif for posting this. 😁

Me too... Paid in Feb 2020 and now upgraded to Pro1X. Still hoping and waiting for delivery in December 2021. 🙄

What do you think, I want to use the FX Pro 1X for Gmail, Untis, moodle, whats up, facebook and Google News. Would I even notice the difference to the slower 662? I am using a 2015 BB Priv with the old 808, which is pretty slow meanwhile. But it has only 3 GB RAM and I am hoping, that the 8 GB of the Sapphire blue Pro 1X will make it so much faster. Am I wrong? Will the 662 be so a bad SOC? 😕

I just upgraded to FX Pro1 X Sapphire blue 😁 So I decided to wait another 8 months, but I think it will be worth in the end. By the way, today it´s 1 year since ordering, it was the February 10, 2020 😆

Me too. In February 2021 it will be 1 Year of waiting for my EU/QWERTZ. 😒

I am from Germany, and nothing was sent to me. Order 542XX QWERTZ. Otherwise, I ordered in February 20. So not a long wait yet... 🤭

So I paid in late February 20, I will receive it in probably December 20 or January 21... 😧
