Well I was able to get the phone disassembled and get down to the battery! Haven't done that in a few years, good fun! However removing the battery (which felt superglued in!) I see a connector I don't recognise! Does anyone know this connector? I assume the top (top 2?) connectors are positive and bottom (bottom 2?) are negative from the naming convention. However this thing is really tiny, like 1/4 the size of my pinkie fingernail tiny (apparently my iPhones zoom and focus is quite good!). I'm not confident I could hook this up without an adapter, which I suspect I _may_ be able to

I say take whatever means necessary. Fxtec does not have a legal leg to stand on, so they won't dispute/refute any claims. As far as Francisco, that's just a generic name that is used for all email replies to make it seem like you are talking to an individual rather than whomever is answering the emails that day. @EskeRahn I value you highly for all that you've done and you're still doing here, but I think in this case @claude0001 is right and you are wrong. Of course your statements do not literally say that people should not install stuff, but with your moderator authority here your rejection of those links amounts to a bit more than just your humble opinion. Now, those links are what is standard in open source software, an active github project including binaries built by the maintainer. Hello everyone, As times are very tough in the US right now, I requested a refund on March 17th, 2023 for the Pro 1X that I purchased from the website and not Indiegogo. There have been several back and forth emails with Francisco at Fxtec requesting exact information because my order number and link to the purchase on their website was not enough for them. I have now sent screenshots of my order on their website and am sadly considering going to the Better Business Bureau as well as HM Courts and Tribunals Service. Don't feel like you need to be sorry. Fxtec have been avoiding giving refunds to a lot of us. They were quick to take our money though.
