@Aeong – to be fair, the screen is not "defective", it's a minor cosmetic blemish, and all of us had to put up with it who needed to source a replacement screen outside of Fxtec, which was often the case. On the parts market, perfect replacement screens haven't been available at all now for a long time, and it seems that at this point not even Fxtec is capable to source any.
Your complaints on some of the other issues you mention are, of course, perfectly valid.
