  3. With this post, I'm hoping to win Most Arcane Question of The Year (So Far) With fxtec pro1x and stock Android 11, I've successfully set up Exagear (a Wine container) to use my beloved Word 97. One has to jiggle a lot of handles in winecfg, but Word 97 does become quite usable except for one strange kb bug: To use either the Backspace or Delete key, they must first be repeatedly pressed to be activated. They eventually work, now with a single press, but from there, any other key press results in a double letter or number, often to the point where the phone must be restarted (this dou

  5. You can change to a normal Navigation bar in Settings -> System -> Gestures -> Navigation mode. And, no, whatever troubles you have with connectivity in stock is not changed in Lineage, That stuff is in the blobs Lineage has no access to, I always had trouble with SMS on Verizon with the Pro1 (never tried on my Pro1x). On the pro1x, it's much more accessible, as your screenie shows; it's further from the left screen edge. That, and alt-f works on a physical kb, anyway. On Android 11, Word 97 does give more screen real estate than TM--Android's status bar is hidden but can be brought up with swi

  7. It is true that the menu bar is not customizable though everything is there. Adding a customizable button bar doesn't take that much room for often used features.

  8. It works fine on mine. I had problem with missing focus myself, but it was my mistake. There are 2 flex cables going to the camera module. The first one does the simple stuff and the second one the advanced stuff, like focusing. When I opened the phone and than forgot to reconnect the second one, the camera was not focusing. I guess question is if you ever disassembled your phone? Also I wonder if the cable could be disconnected from factory by mistake...
