I doubt anyone will be able to give you an exact timeline for this. Latest we've heard from the IGG update in June was that it should take a month, but I didn't think that was very realistic. In later updates they've stated it may take much more. It's an open source project - no one really knows.

I may have misunderstood them, but if I remember correctly they stated they will send them all out with Android now for everyone and you can flash your own OS later.
