  1. During lockdown, we've had repairs go directly to staff addresses, since we all tried to work from home as much as possible. I have hidden the staff address in the first message. I'd advise looking at your tracking, or provide it to us in the original repair request.

  2. I just tried it with an USB C hub that includes an HDMI socket which works well with my netbook/laptop (a cheap Teclast F5), but instead of sending an image to the TV, it provoked a cold shutdown (switchoff) of the phone when I connected the HDMI cable...

  4. Hey Guys I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. It has also a flex mode where it can transform as laptop factor very similar to Pro1. So i have been comparing them and thought to share it with you guys for your comments. Basically the z fold 3 has a very good build quality. it has outer display as a smartphone, but then it can be opened to become tablet mode which is very big display. and it can also sit in an angle to become laptop mode or as its called flex mode. the software side is not the polished yet as most of the apps dont get keyboard or custom control pad

  5. My LOS 16.0 build 20211111 is available for download. It contains the "5th November" AOSP security fixes. Meanwhile, my version has diverged somewhat from the official code. As of today, my tree contains the following local patches: Modified gps.conf which enables the Pro1 to get its initial fix much faster (for me at least). Corrected QoS powerhint signals (backported from Lineage 18.1). Keyboard driver: Enable high keycodes (backported from Lineage 18.1). Keyboard driver: Enable Fn-Tab to (really) act like Alt-Tab.   6. Thanks for replying! Unfortunately I do not have the international tracking number as I was advised to use the cheapest means possible when shipping the phone. All I can see is that it has left Estonia in the end of September - https://t.17track.net/en#nums=UA001938774EE I did send a copy of the receipt (that has the tracking number) as a reply to the support ticket after posting the phone.   7. I sent my phone back in September. It was delivered a few days later. After a month they asked me when they could expect my phone 🤨. I told them that it was already delivered. Their response: "so where is it". After I showed them the tracking and delivery report, "ah yes we have your phone". Heard nothing since. But my stomach turns yet again, just from seeing yet another address... This is the address I was asked to send it to.
