I think when playing games, Pro1x seems to be better. Performance and graphics are both outstanding. I tried playing best games online on both devices and i found Pro1x better performance

Right. The one what I have received for replacement seemed to be a part of a faulty or "used for spare" Pro1. (It had some missing ground springs but otherwise was in good condition.) For manufacturing, basially they need gerber files (for PCB manufacturing), BOM ("bill of materials", basically parts and parts to designator list) and Pick&Place File (basically parts designator positions), latter files for soldering components. It is user-to-user, but none the less sometimes they do read and react, I see no clear pattern in when though.

I would be happy if you could share what helped in your case, so we may check if it also helps in other cases (different mobile operator) or if a different setting seems to help.

I'm on O2, via Giffgaff, also in UK (Northampton). I spent a few hours of trial-&-error yesterday trying to figure out if there was anything I could do, eventually resorting to a full factory reset. Nothing helped. It was still extremely hit-&-miss; my issue being cell network connection for incoming calls (making calls & WiFi being OK). A phone that doesn't work as a phone is no use to me, so I'm back on my Moto One Zoom - reluctantly 😒 coz having waited 3-yrs to get my hands on a Pro 1, I really love the flip keyboard!
