I had no problem with the 20230410 OTA. Something else maybe glitched while it was installing? Hopefully sideloading will fix it.

Well... - switch the active slot from B to A - reboot the system without the update - update lineage-20.0-20230410 using ADB - reboot, playstore has a problem - reinstall gapps using ADB - reinstall Magisk using ADB ...finished

Something is definitely not right if the front/selfie camera isn't working. They are fine on mine with the original camera app (I don't use it, I use Open Camera). I would contact FxTec. It might be that they could send you a new top (display and frame, which includes the front camera), which is pretty easy to install (5 screws and a ribbon cable). They may or may not have immediate availability of that part, so there could be a wait, but check and see.

(lineage-20.0-20230410-nightly-pro1-signed.zip on April 5 security patch installed smoothly using adb sideload and MindTheGapps-13.0.0-arm64-20221025_100653) @TeZtdevice I guess it is the OTA update they broke. Try with adb sideload. PS note that I always flash the boot-image as well, maybe they changed something there that broke OTA??

Here's a new one: Confirming company is Shenzhen Kehuaxin Electronic Co Ltd (I couldn't find their batteries online) and model is 5036108PLN (pretty sure those are 0s). Guessing the "KHX" is an abbreviation of the battery company and the battery is about 1 year old. Thanks, I'll check it out!

Seems odd if true (and maybe it is since all of my customer support for the past year has been handled by him exclusively-- I just assumed they only had one guy.) That name as FxTec staff is also on Discord, but he never says anything. But if it's made up... why "Francisco" as CS for a UK company. As in "San..."? Now I'm curious. 😉

It's not really a new website. It's more of a new front page that links to both the old smartphone website and their more recent but also not new Linxdot website.

@Whitey, having it disassembled, can you see if there are any circuitry between the plug and the cable? (this is interesting to know for the DIY suggestions over here) (I think I better move these comments to a battery thread, as it really in no way is a sailfish specific thing) done... I just received my Pro 1 X. There are a few bugs or issues I am seeing. 1) Using Samsung Duo or Whatsup, there is no front camera 2) Using Camera, can't do any selfies 3) Limited Features in Camera for Photos and Video. Is this how it is suppose to be? Or am I missing something.
